Plugger policies

Your Plugger Wallet holds Plugger Coins, a virtual currency used to send gifts, tip creators, and unlock features across the platform. Coins are not a currency, security, or stored-value product and have no cash value outside Plugger.
Coins are purchased through the Plugger Coin Store via Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. Coin purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Bigger packs may include bonus coins.
Creators earn coins when other users send them gifts. Creators keep 80% of the coin value of each gift (the Plugger 80/20 model); the remainder supports platform operations. Earned coins are recorded in your wallet activity.
You may request a withdrawal of earned coins to a saved payout method (bank, PayPal, mobile money or other). The minimum withdrawal is 100 coins. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid within 48 hours. You are responsible for providing accurate, owned payout details. Plugger is not liable for funds sent to incorrect details you provided.
You can add and remove payout methods in your wallet. Your payout details are stored privately and masked in the app. Keep your methods up to date; inactive or invalid methods may cause payout delays.
Plugger may apply minimum amounts, daily limits, or processing fees to withdrawals, and may change these at any time. Any applicable fees are shown before you confirm a withdrawal.
You may not use the wallet for money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse, or to evade tax or financial sanctions. Suspicious activity may result in frozen balances, cancelled withdrawals, or account suspension.
Plugger provides the wallet "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plugger is not liable for losses arising from incorrect payout details you provide, third-party payment provider failures, or delays outside our control.
We may update these Wallet Terms. Continued use of the wallet after changes means you accept the updated terms.
